✅ Fes clay is dried for 20 days, crushed, cleaned, and soaked for 48 hours.
✅ Artisans hand-shape each tile, ensuring unique natural textures and variations.
✅ Tiles are kiln-fired at 2000°C for 8 hours to achieve strength and durability.
✅ Natural pigments are applied by hand before glazing to add color and shine.
✅ Tiles are fired again and perfected by Nekkach artisans who specialize in intricate geometric designs.
✅ Each piece is assembled using the traditional “la resin” technique—celebrating centuries-old craftsmanship.
✅ The result is a durable, vibrant, and timeless tile that transforms any space into a warm, artistic environment.
