I had some friends over for dinner recently and requested they each bring something random from their home which would be the ingredients of my next table.
They brought international currencies pre-dating the euro; unused keys, broken cell phones. The SAINTS you see here
(photo 5) I found in a flea market. I also included a PICASSO quote and a secret message from John Lennon. ❤️
Other ingredients: metallic tiles, natural stone, porcelain, hand-written tiles, swimming pool tiles and crockery. The huge discrepancy of thickness between all these items is negated because of the method I employ (the "indirect method"), whereby everything is placed upside down, then cement poured, which compensates for the difference. Once dried and turned upright, it is completely level and smooth.
Truly ONE OF A KIND.
80 cm diameter (31.5 inch) It is best if placed indoors.
The base is not included but I can recommend online suppliers who ship worldwide.
